Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Supply, delivery and installation of poly prop canopy with integrated tank and respray of Land Cruiser. Scope: • Supply Polypropylene canopy with an integrated tank, to fit and secure to a standard Toyota Land cruiser V8 single cab body; • Polypropylene must be 15 mm thick; • System must contain an integrated 600 litre water tank, including adequate baffle plates and overflow ventilation pipe and optimal connection to the water pump; • Pump GX390 Davey Twin Wide, skid unit pump will be provided and must be fitted; • An Aluminum hose reel with 30 meters of 25mm hard hose with Gecka couplings and a duel flow adjustable nozzle will be provided and must be fitted; • Pump and Hose reel to be fitted on a chequered plate base behind the half canopy; • All poly prop surfaces to be painted Fire Engine Red; • Canopy pocket must be provided for lockable space, doors to be of Aluminum with gas shocks and high-quality push locks; • Design must be the same as current polyprop canopy in use by the department (BP6); • Provision must be made to store/carry the following Equipment: 10lt jerry can, Standard Drip Torch, 2 x bush beaters, 2 x standpipes, 1 x bar and Key, 2 x rake hoes, 6 x 25mm forester hoses, 1 x large chain saw, Place for two Set of Fire Fighting gear; • Full Respray of the designated Toyota Land Cruiser to match the Fire engine red of the canopy, including the signage as per current use of the department.
