Re-advertisement: Amendment to Site Inspection: Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Supply, delivery and minor building repairs to offices at the A4/A5 ablution building: 311 Solomon Mahlangu, Rossburgh. Scope: • Lights: Replace all lights and install led tubes and their fittings; • Floor tiles: (Offices and Passageway): Floors including the stairs shall be prepared for tiling and tiled using 1000mm x 1000mm ceramic tiles of type and grouted in light grey. 1st grade tiles shall be used, (Colour to be chosen by the business), Tile the entire floors; • Surface Preparation: Prior to the application of the backing for tiles, surfaces of the new tiles to be thoroughly slashed etc. as necessary to ensure a satisfactory bond. The tenderer shall be held responsible for lack of adequate preparation of the surfaces.
