The service provider must appoint a qualified structural engineer to confirm if the marquee and the lunch area will be safe for use in times of climatic conditions on 20 March 2024; i. The service provider must adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety compliance regulations when executing the job; j. The service provider must provide 4 x 12- or 14-seater combis to shuttle guests from the main marquee to the demonstration site; b. The vehicles must be road-worthy and driven by people with the relevant driver"s licenses and permits to ferry people; c. The driver must abide by Kelvin Power Station health and safety rules and regulations; d. The company must submit both the driver"s and the vehicle"s licenses when appointed.
