Tenders are hereby invited for the establishment of framework agreements for recovery of transmission lines and stabilisation of towers including adhoc urgent activities for transmission lines for the period of thirty-six (36) months. Construction and stabilisation of Transmission lines as follows: 1) Conduct a line survey; 2) Conduct Geotechnical studies; 3) Design, supply and Construct foundation for new and existing towers; 4) Tower supply; 5) Tower Assembly, dressing and erection of different towers on Tx lines; 6) Installation of anti-vandal bolts; 7) Dismantle of towers from foundation and rehabilitate soil; 8) Stringing and regulating of conductors for restoration towers and permanent solutions; 9) Installation of labels; 10) Installation of anti-climbing device; 11) Installation anti perch devices; 12) Construct temporary bypass; 13) Dismantling of temporary Bypass; 14) Disposing of the scrap material from site; 15) Repair of damages on towers and its accessories; 16) Dismantle ERS Bypass and ERS Towers; 17) Stabilisation of towers with crane; 18) Replacements and repairs of towers affected by theft; 19) Provide as built documentation as per standard (including tower footing measurements); 20) Construction of temporary access roads to site and rehabilitation thereafter; 21) Supply of crane; 22) Site establishment; 23) Other lines related restoration activities.
