Phase 4 - Producing of Audience Segmentation Report, Research Report and PowerPoint Presentation: • Submit official Audience Segmentation Report including comprehensive Research Report and PowerPoint Presentation with recommendations on possible communication interventions to improve Parliament’s reach of the public and stakeholders in their diverse categories to enhance awareness, understanding, image, satisfaction, involvement, trust and confidence.
