Synopsis: Added: Sep 11, 2017 9:35 am The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Kel Tech Plastics, located at 3510 S Pine Street, Tacoma Washington for the acquisition of WiMax Video. The Kel Tech products are pre-programmed and manufactured within their company.
In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government"s requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The business size standard is 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
