Skills Bootcamps help Surrey County Council meet its strategic priority of 'Growing a Sustainable Economy so Everyone Can Benefit' and guiding mission 'No One Left Behind' through providing skills training to enable residents to access careers in sectors of the economy where there are skills gaps. Skills Bootcamps are needed to address the skills gaps in key sectors of the economy of Surrey, in doing so, also improving the prospects of its residents.
