Scope of works: The work to be carried out on the contract consists of the cleaning of offices and other facilities such as mess and ablution facilities and stores that form part of the Transnet National Port Authority (TNPA) facilities in the Nelson Mandela Bay Ports. The intention of this cleaning contract is to ensure that all NMB facilities are kept clean, hygienic, and sanitized at all times. The facilities are: • Recreational areas, • Office Space, • Mess rooms, • Basement parking, • Ablution Facilities, • Kitchens, • Guardhouses, • Windows. The service provider is to provide cleaning personnel (including Supervisors), cleaning equipment and tools and cleaning consumables/chemicals for the duration of the contract. Service provider to ensure that they provide reliever staff whenever their employees are not able to come to work.
