If ground water is found to be corrosive, make recommendations as to what action to take; - Laboratory Conductivity tests (mS/cm); - Provide founding recommendations including settlement predictions for the type of foundations recommended; - Provide field moisture/density tests; - Prospect for borrow pit if suspected that the in-situ material is not suitable; - Percolation tests.
