Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Provision of Asset Verification Services to Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ). Scope: The Service Provider shall be required to provide the Employer with multiple disciplinary expertise on mechanical, and electrical engineering assessment and data analysis skills to enable physical assessment of assets in the field, collection of asset attributes, and provision of the updated data in the required format, to the required quality standard; - Perform a physical identification of all HVAC assets at all the tenants; - Barcode all unbarcoded assets that are found on the floor during the asset verification barcodes will be provided by the TASEZ; - Count assets in each location and record the total number of assets; - Update asset information such description, location, cost centre and custodian where needed.
