The Diesel Bowser will be used to refuel Containers Handling Equipment; The main site infrastructure is as follows: • Equipment tank car decanting area; • Spill containment area; • Tankage; • Tank bund; • Equipment refuelling area; • Fuel pump house; • Drainage system; • Oil separator; • MCC room.
