The Trust invites quotations from service providers who can provide Financial Literacy Pamphlets by 9 February 2024. Scope of Work: 1. Develop a financial literacy pamphlet; 2. Content Development: a) Create written and visual financial literacy content for a pamphlet; 3. Content Guidelines: a) Content to cover fundamental financial literacy principles, including budgeting, saving, investment basics, and debt management, as well as any other relevant topic. b) Focus on clarity, simplicity, and practical applicability in the content; 4. Design and Packaging: Packaging of content to be relevant to target audience, noting varying levels of literacy; 5. Target Audience: a) Current mine workers (average age 40 +) and ex-mine workers (average age 60 +), and the spouses and children of deceased mine workers; b) Mostly from rural areas with limited financial knowledge and limited access to financial literacy services; c) Financial goals/needs (based on recent review) include but are not limited to build or pay for housing, basic living expenses, paying for school/university fees and managing debt associated with these expenses. The pamphlet should be developed in the main languages that the Trust currently communicates in namely, English, IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, Setswana, Sesotho, Siswati, Shangaan, Portuguese and Afrikaans.
