Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider/s for the provision of photography and videography services to the IDC on an as and when required basis for three (3) years. Scope of Work: The service provider/s will be required to provide the following services: Videography Services to include: • Research, concept development, storyboards and script writing; • Filming on high-end professional cameras; • In-house editing; • Design & illustration: from storyboards to digital designs and illustrations; • Create and Animate titles; • Source Voice-over artists; • Audio Final Mix; • Music search, fees rights (including performance and usage); • Duplication, Storage and Delivery of final material/final product; • Grading process (colour correction or specialist grading facility - Telecine); • Production Insurance; • An account with a supplier of high quality stock images and videos; • Access to freelance resources across major provinces in South Africa; Stills Photography Services to include: • Portable plain backdrops for portrait photography; • Supply of final required stills shots/stills digital delivery; • Retouched and colour corrected; • Stills digital delivery; and • Ability to upload and share high-res images immediately on site for social media live content curation; • Network of make-up artists to complement video and photo shoots.
