Quotations are hereby invited for the following: R&M: Minor Tools & Equipment: Servicing of plotter. Specifications: Urban Planning & Design Department - Servicing of HP Designjet T2500 Postscript eMFP Plotter (printing of maps). The Urban Planning & Design department is responsible for drafting maps/plans. The plotter is critical for operational requirements i.e. printing of plans and maps. The plotter is unable to produce good quality maps - the prints are blurry and colours are not consistent. All cartridges have been replaced and the printing still persist to be blurry. The department request the servicing of the plotter to ensure efficient service delivery. The department request that the plotter be in good working condition after completing the job, the plotter to be cleaned and the relevant parts to be replaced e.g. print head. (Tender №97364744)
