Bids are hereby invited for the following: Refurbishment of Kwamadolo Staff accommodation at Great Fish River Nature Reserve - Sam Knott (Grahamstown Section). Scope: • Removal and replacement of doors and frames including new ironmongery; • Removal and replacement of kitchen cupboards (carpentry and joinery); • Repairs of structural damages to wads and floors, removal and replacement of tiles; • Plastering and painting of internal walls; • Repairs and replacement of broken rafters, purlin, trusses, barge boards; • Removal and replacement of pipes, gutters including fittings and making good; • Attend to roof leaks; • Replacement of broken ceiling and partitions; • Upgrading of the electrical connections inside the buildings including issuing of COC; • Plumbing works for both water supply and sewer disposal; • Replacement of shower doors and windowpanes; • Provision of rainwater tanks, Inc/tiding installation of tanks with filtration and purification; • Upgrading of septic tanks and connection; • Alternative energy solution for hot water, lighting, and appliances; • Address all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliances.
