Scope: The service providers/agencies will be required to: a. Consultation: JPC and the service provider will discuss the role"s requirements, including qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and other relevant details in line with the GM: Human Capital Management job description. b. Research and Targeting: The service provider to conduct research to identify potential candidates who may be suitable for the position. This research may involve leveraging industry contacts, databases, social networks, and other resources to create a list of potential candidates. c. Screen Curriculum Vitae (CV) received from potential candidates against the job description to ensure that nominated candidates comply with the minimum requirements of the job description/profile. d. Short-list candidates based on the matching of CV to the job description/profile. e. Conduct pre-interviews with short-listed candidates. Provision should be made for competency based interviews. f. Refer the shortlist of competent candidates to JPC Human Capital Management. g. Arrange formal interviews with competent JPC-approved candidates. h. Conduct background checks with respect to potential candidates including, conducting a competency assessment, and skills assessment respectively on the final shortlisted candidates.
