Re-Advertisement: Tenders are hereby invite for the following: Refurbishment of Thavhani Mall and Mvudi sewage pump stations. Scope of Work: The works to be carried out comprise of: Thavhani Mall Sewage Pump Station: • Installation of two (one duty, one standby) new submersible pumps; • Installation of the new MCC to suit the new motors; • Supply and install a new step-down transformer; • Supply and install a new standby generator; • Electrification of the pump station; • Refurbishment of the pump and guard house. Rate to include construction of the new roof slab on the pump station and replacing windows and doors on the guardhouse; • Installation of new plumbing and carpentry components for the guard house; • Installation of a new concrete palisade fence, complete with an access gate and electric fence; • Installation of an alarm system, CCTV system, and aerial lighting; • Installation of pavement bricks for stormwater management; Mvudi Sewage Pump Station: • Installation of two (one duty, one standby) new submersible pumps; • Installation of the new MCC to suit the new motors; • Construction of a new brickwork structure for the pump and guardhouse; • Installation of new tamper-proof transformer door; • Electrification of the pump station; • Installation of new plumbing and carpentry components for the guard; • Installation of a new concrete palisade fence, complete with an access gate and electric fence; • Installation of an alarm system, CCTV system, and aerial lighting; • Installation of pavement bricks for stormwater management; • Supply and install a new standby generator; • Supply and install a new step-down transformer.
