Objective: The Afrikaanse Taal Museum En-Monument, (ATM) is seeking to appoint a panel of legal service providers to assist with the provision of specialised legal services for a period of thirty-six (36) months on an ad-hoc basis. Suitable service providers are required to submit quotations and proposals to deliver legal services to the Afrikaans Language Museum en Monument, (ATM) by assisting with short and medium term legal advisory services. The following types of services may be required on an ad hoc-basis during the period of 36 months: • Provide legal advice to the ATM; • Represent or act on behalf of the ATM in court or high court; • Prosecute cases on behalf of the ATM in court or high court; • Litigate cases on behalf of the ATM; • Negotiate settlement with other parties on behalf of the ATM; • Provide any general legal services to the ATM.
