The project scope includes construction of new Administration block, new 15 Classrooms, 1 Life Science, 1 Media Centre & storerooms, Computer Room & storerooms, 1 Physical Science Laboratory, 1 Engineering Graphics & Designs, 1 Team Teaching Room, 4 HOD Offices, 1 Counselling Suite, 1 General Storeroom, 1 Electrical Technology, 1 Mechanical Technology, 1 Garden and Change Room, 1 Gatehouse, 1 SNP Kitchen, 1 x Refuse Room, 2 Disabled Toilet, 8 Girls Toilets, 8 Boys Toilets. Demolition of existing classroom block H; F & E; demolition of existing ablutions block D & G, demolition of existing guard house; refurbishment of existing buildings classroom block A & B and all associated external works including assembly area, parking, removal of existing fence and replacing with new fencing, sewer reticulation, storm water management, water reticulation, high level steel tank and electrical work and demarcating the entire school facility. The removal and disposal of asbestos is also required as part of the demolishing works. Decanting facilities (15 x Classrooms, 1x Kitchen, 2 x Offices, 3 x Toilet Facilities) in the form of mobile, demountable container classrooms for purchase to be provided complete with lighting, electrical plug points, blackboard, pin boards.
