Re-advertisement: Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a turnkey contractor for the schools maintenance projects and demolition of pit toilets on behalf of the Mpumalanga Department of Education (MPUEDU), Mpumalanga Province – Cluster 1. Scope of work: This scope of work is focused on the refurbishment and upgrading of the schools to ensure compliance and functionality of these facilities. The Turnkey Contractors will be responsible for the following activities: • Detailed Project implementation plans, • Condition Assessments, • Quantification of the works, • Detailed Designs as required, • Detailed Specifications, • Working Drawings as required, • Finishing Schedules, • Construction Works (Demolition of existing inappropriate and unsafe pit toilets and renovations of existing schools infrastructure), • Construction Supervision and Project Close Out.
