Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of contractor for the provision of building maintenance services for ATNS George Airport (FAGG) property portfolio on an “as and when” required basis for a period of sixty (60) months (five years). Scope: - Carry out planned maintenance and corrective maintenance to general building components and infrastructure at various ATNS Ops Buildings, Offices, Workshops, and Outstations; - Roof Components Repairs; - Ablution facilities maintenance; - Exterior surface repairs (incl. painting); - Gates and Fencing repairs; - Security doors repairs; - Supply and deliver building related material on quotation base; - Recommend on required repairs after maintenance/inspection; - Inspecting of ATNS buildings (sites) on request; - Response to call outs for emergency repairs; - Replacement and fitment of tiling; - Repairs to Water proofing and Roof repairs; - Repairs to or replacement of paving, curbing and asphalt road surfaces; - Repairs or replacement of door locks (Cylinder deadlock, knob cylinder, Mortice locks); - Repairs to or replacement of flooring Carpets, Vinyl flooring; - Repairs to or replacement of Suspended Ceilings; - Epoxy floor repairs & painting; - Repairs to or replacement of Steel and aluminium work (incl. fences & gates); - Repairs to or replacement of Carpentry, masonry, joinery, and ironmongery; - Painting according to ATNS paint specification; - Replacement of glass & glazing; - Clearing and cleaning of gutters; - Clean existing roof covering using a high-pressure water cleaning system; - Repairs to or replacement of signage; - Repairs, and alterations to existing installation as required; - Execution of new installation work; - For any underground installation, before any excavation works commence, contractor to confirm cable and services locations with ATNS responsible department; - All replaced items shall come with 12 Months warranty and guarantee Please confirm the contract number as two were published.
