Quotations are requested for the following: appointment of a service provider to remove bulk filers from Beacon hill King Williams Town to One Vision Bhisho Ground Floor. Scope of Work: - The relocation, dismantling and assembling 4 bulk filers (2x14 bay tandem & 1x12 Bay single and 11 Bay singles) from King Williams Town (Beacon Hill Office Park), corner of Hargreaves Road and Hockley Close, to Bhisho, One vision Building ground floor. - The successful bidder will be required to: - Dismantle Units. - Relocate Units. - Assemble Units. The bidder must ensure that the height of the bulk filer fits in the HR Registry at One Vision building. - To possess a competency certificate supplied by the manufacturer for warranty purposes. - Be in position of at least an 8-tonne truck to transport the bulk filers. - Survey both locations and submit a floorplan for One Version HR Registry. - Produce three reference letters of previous experience in relocation, dismantling and assembling bulk filers not older than 2 (two) years. - Provide protective clothing to the team who works at Beacon Hill Office Park building in King Williams Town as the building has been closed for past three years.
