Re-Advertisement: Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Panel of transactional advisors to provide advisory services on feasibility studies, procurement and contract management of public private partnership and alternative funding projects and other related programmes (including MSCOA) for period of three (03) years. Scope of work: 1. Preparation of procurement tender on behalf of Polokwane in line with supply chain management policy and other related prescripts; 2. Setting up of special purpose vehicle for specific project if needs arise; 3. Package appropriate funding package for the underlying project; 4. Communicating with key stakeholders such as funders etc; 5. Preparation and Revision of financial model if needs arise; 6. Preparation of legally compliant service level agreement and contract; 7. Performance of due diligent on approved feasibility study and procurement and service level agreement; 8. Preparation of progress reports to various structures; 9. Perform due diligent on financial, technical and legal aspect of the project; 10. Advisory work on the selected work stream; 11. Preparation of close up reports; 12. Participation in project steering committee; 13. Assist in pre-evaluation of the tender process; 14. Project design and planning; 15. Project management, supervision and monitoring; 16. Assist the municipality with preparation for public participation and; 17. Mobilization of funds and capital raising either through grants or alternative financial instrument; 18.
