Proposals are hereby invited for the following: SAP S/4 Hana Cloud training. Scope of Services: - Basic training for business process owners and integration, technical leads via virtual and classroom training at a preferred location that is suitable to the Commission on using the SAP system not limited to trouble shooting, requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, request for quotations for approximately 80 users made up of admin assistant, admin officers, managers and senior managers. Approvers will be managers and senior managers; - Training for and not limited to Administrative rights in IT Department, Financial Management for the finance team, Fixed assets, Budget management, Business intelligence, Supply Chain Management and Procurement, travel management, project management, vendor management and contract management; - SAP Learning Hub Subscription; - SAP enable now subscriptions; - SAP Deployment services; - SAP preferred card for 2 years, high level training plan; - Upon completion a SAP certificate to be issued; - New employees to be trained on SAP when they start their contract; - SAP training for five (5) super users with SAP competency certificates; - Inhouse training where only the Commissions employees will be attending that training; - A training video to be provided for induction purposes for new employees. Project Time Frame: The duration is for a period of twenty four (24) months starting on the date of signature of the contract by both parties, subject to adjustments as required and mutually agreed upon.
