Quotations are hereby invited for the Support of a cost reflective tariff modelling solution for sanitation service. Scope: BCMM requires a solution driven review that will guide it on factors to consider when determining their annual tariffs; these include amongst others, the input costs of Sanitation service, financial sustainability, local economic conditions, affordability of Sanitation service; the municipal indigent policy and the other relevant policies.
