Re-advertisement of contract number: RFQ2025-007-009: Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to supply and support a web-based Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) portal on a once-off basis. Scope: The Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) office would like to procure an off-the-shelf software solution which is flexible and offers a modular system that can be configured to meet the clients requirements. The appointed service provider will be expected to: - Deploy a fully functional web-based SHEQ portal and integrate it into the network environment; - Include modules for: a. Health and safety incident reporting and tracking; b. Health and safety risk assessments and corrective action tracking; c. Environmental impact assessments; d. Internal and external audit planning and reporting; e. Document management (e.g., SOPs, MSDS, policies); f. Training records and compliance tracking; - Provide dashboards and analytics for SHEQ KPIs and reporting; - Offer user access controls and compliance with data security standards (e.g. POPIA); - Delivery training for system users and SHEQ officers; - Provide ongoing technical support and system maintenance.
