Extension of Closing Date: Proposals are hereby requested for the following: Provision of underwater diving services for Transnet National Ports Authority in the Port of Saldanha for a period of three (3) years. Scope of works: 1. Check/Inspect integrity of grout sockets and possible sinkholes, 2. Check/Inspect toe integrity, scour protection, undermining due to propeller wash, 3. Check/Inspect condition of structure below water level, 4. Removal of any unwanted material as and when required e.g. tyres, fenders, mooring hooks, bollards, chains, wrecks, cables, containers, 5. Perform underwater hull surveys and inspection of marine crafts, 6. Removal of foreign material out of craft impellers and propulsion units, 7. Blanking of overboard lines and sea chests on crafts to facilitate emergency maintenance on pipelines and valves. (Tender №103916759)
