The pages need to be carbon copy pages. Four pages per notice: • 1st page: White, • 2nd page: Pink, • 3rd page: Blue. The notice numbers to run is sequence as follows: • 44 / 00001 / 331 / 00001, • 44 / 00002 / 331 / 00003, • 44 / 00003 / 331 / 00005, • 44 / 00004 / 331 / 00007, • 44 / 00005 / 331 / 00009. There are to be 25 notice per book. Being the first notice number would be 44 / 00001 / 331 / 00001. The last one would be 44 / 00025 / 331 / 00049. The changes are as follows, from the top of the page to the bottom: • Replace the name from Umtshezi municipality to Inkosi Langalibalele Municipality, • Replace the serial number, • Rewording to disc number and to add 4 boxes to the rest of the line, • Add wording of description with a line to the page, • Reword to veh. Register no. and remove one block, and • At the bottom add in the words: ILM Traffic Department. All changes need to be in black except the serial number, this needs to be red in colour.
