Bids are hereby invited for the following: Implementation, support and software maintenance of an automated invoice Management Johannesburg Water’s SAP System. Scope of work: • Provide project management services for the implement the Automated Invoice Management System; • Implementation includes installation and configuration of the system as per Johannesburg Water’s business requirements; • The system must be installed in Development, Quality Assurance and Production; • Provide software licenses for system for the duration of the contract; • Provide end user training to 15 people; • Provide administrator training to five (5) people; • Provide technical and functional support for the implemented solution for 36 months; • Attend service performance meetings at least four times a year or as and when required.
