         Warsak Hydropower Plant 2nd Rehabilitation Project. Supply and Rehabilitation of which mainly cover: Electromechanical Works; replacement of all 6 units runners and wicket gates; replacement of 4 generators (U1 to 4) with F insulation class, replacement of stator core frame (U1 to 4); replacement of 4 turbine shafts (U1 to 4) and 2 long turbine shafts for (U5 to 6), replacement of 6 generators excitation system, completely a new SCADA system, control panels; replacement of 132 kV AIS switchyard with 132 kV GIS system, replacement of the single phased generators transformers (units 1 to 4) with three phase generator transformer and replacement of the three phased generators transformers (units 5&6) new enhanced capacity, identical and interchangeable with u1 to 4, refurbishment of existing two (2) unit 5 &6 three phased generator transformers and later utilize them as spares; Hydro-mechanical works: replacement of draftube stoplog crane, supply new crane for GIS building, inspection of spillway gates and embedded parts and refurbish them if required; Auxiliary Mechanical Works; Raw Water & Cooling System, Powerhouse & Transformer Fire Protection Water System, Clean Water Supply & Water Treatment Plant, Drainage & Dewatering System, Transformer Oil drainage System, Service Water System, Nitrogen Pressurised Oil Governor system, Service LP air system, HVAC, Elevator; Auxiliary Electrical Works; Control and Power supplies of Mechanical Systems, Grounding, Lighting, DC Auxiliary and UPS system, Instrumentation
