         La mission d’assistance technique consiste à la mise à disposition d’une expertise pour des travaux spécifiques en vue de mettre à niveau le secteur privé nigérien pour assurer une ouverture réussie du pays à l’intégration régionale et continentale. Pour ce faire, il est notamment prévu de développer i) l’inclusion financière à travers la mise en œuvre de la stratégie nationale de la finance inclusive qui prévoit notamment l’assainissement et le développement du secteur de microfinance, ii) le développement d’un dialogue public – privé efficace pour permettre une amélioration de l’environnement des affaires, iii) l’appui à l’émergence de pôles économiques de croissance spécialisés de par les régions cohérents avec les besoins actuels du secteur et la mise en place d’une meilleure équité territoriale, et iv) l’appui au développement de l’émergence de produits innovants et compétitifs, v) le développement d’une chambre européenne d’investissement.
