Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to conduct training on consumer goods and services processes, policies and standard operating procedures. Scope of work: The scope of work for the training program will include the following core components: • Train staff in organizational policies, including compliance and regulatory requirements; • Develop training materials covering: - Organisational policies; - Case studies for practical application; - Onboarding and in-house training resources; • Deliver training in-person through workshops, interactive exercises, and assessments; • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys and assessments; • Train internal trainers for program sustainability; • Provide all training materials, ensuring alignment with CGSO branding and standards. The primary objectives of the training are as follows: • Knowledge Transfer: Ensure that employees understand and are able to apply the board-approved processes, policies, and SOPs in their daily tasks and decision-making; • Consistency and Compliance: Standardize operational procedures and enhance adherence to organizational policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with legal or regulatory requirements; • Operational Efficiency: Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of workflows by ensuring that all employees are familiar with the correct procedures and best practices; • Performance Improvement: Enhance employee performance by improving their ability to navigate organizational processes and make informed decisions; • Ongoing Competence: Equip employees with the knowledge to continuously adapt to process improvements and policy updates.
