         1. Améliorer la prévention et la lutte contre toutes les formes de violences à l’égard des femmes et des filles.

         2. Accroitre la participation des femmes dans les domaines politique, social, économique et publique.

         Les services consisteront principalement en une assistance technique de long terme et une mobilisation d’experts court terme pour la mise en œuvre, la coordination et le suivi-évaluation du programme et l’appui au Ministère de la Population, de la Protection Sociale et de la Promotion de la Femme (MPPSPF)
