        As part of this contract, the concessionaire must provide, under its responsibility, at its own expense and under the best conditions for customers and the contracting authority, all of the services necessary for the total management of the vending machines that it must personally put in place.

        The services of this contract cover the following in particular:

        — the supply, delivery and commissioning of the vending machines;

        — the supply of products and consumables for the vending machines;

        — the operation and preventive and curative maintenance of the vending machines;

        — the management of the quality/hygiene aspects of services and food safety including, in particular, product traceability;

        — the after-sales service for customers;

        — the financial management of sales, both in terms of revenue received (in cash or by card) and the fee paid to the contracting authority;

        — the management of all waste resulting from the implementation of services (in particular packaging, cardboard and plastic film).
