        Fornitura di n. 30 (trenta) (+ 24 (ventiquattro) in opzione) Container ISO 1CC Open side, per un importo unitario a base di gara pari a € 22.000,00 IVA esclusa/non imponibile.

        Criteri di aggiudicazione

        Criterio del minor prezzo ai sensi dell’art. 95 comma 4 b) del D.Lgs. 18 aprile 2016 n. 50 in quanto la fornitura di tali materiali presenta caratteristiche standardizzate con basso contenuto tecnologico.

        La fornitura sarà effettuata in due rate: i tempi per l’approntamento alla verifica di conformità dei materiali sono pari a 120 giorni (dal giorno successivo alla comunicazione dell’avvenuta registrazione del Decreto di approvazione del Contratto) per la prima rata di n. 15 Container ISO 1CC Open side e pari a 240 giorni (dal giorno successivo alla comunicazione dell’avvenuta registrazione del Decreto di approvazione del Contratto) per la seconda rata di n. 15 Container ISO 1CC Open side.
