        I. Scope: Construction of Balance Works of Elevated Viaduct Structures including Depot Line. The work comprises pile foundation, pier, pier cap, precast portal beams, segmental (PSC Box girder) and PSC I – Girder and launching of already casted precast elements. Station structures consisting pile foundation, pier, precast pier arm, I-Girder, concourse, platform & track level deck slab, structural steel roof with sheeting, off-road structures with open foundations, and, road widening including drains & allied works, construction of service roads at station locations.

        II. Other Information:

        1. The EIB and AIIB are co-financing this Contract.

        2. Tender Securing Declaration is to be furnished.

        3. The Work Experience being considered is based on the Length of construction of Viaduct/ Bridge/ Flyover having a pre-stressed concrete segmental construction and not based on the value of Work.

        4. The number of Joint Venture Members in a Group shall be restricted to maximum THREE. The Lead member of JV should have more than 50% participation in the JV and other members should have minimum participation of 10% individually totalling up to 100%. All members of the joint venture shall be liable jointly and severally responsible for the execution of the Contract. The lead member should be there till the completion of work.

        5. Cost of Tender Document: INR 59,000 (Rupees Fifty-Nine Thousand only) including GST.

      This tender is invited as a Risk & Cost tender against the defaulted contractor on this stretch. The existing casting yard shall be made available to the successful bidder to be used by paying the required rentals after entering into agreement with the land owner. The plant & equipment, shuttering, materials, establishment at casting yard and launching girders, other plant & equipment, shutters, staging etc., along the viaduct and at the stations shall be made available to the successful bidder rent free for use on execution of the works under this contract. The contractor shall make all such items provided by the employer fit for use on works and maintain throughout the period of contract at his own cost and handover back to the Employer on completion of all works.
