        Dinamikus beszerzési rendszer (DBR) létrehozása, amelynek tárgya villamosenergia beszerzése a közös AK-k részére.

        A beszerzés a DBR teljes időtartamára vonatkoztatott tervezett mennyisége (alapmennyiség): 25 954 106 kWh

        a Kbt. 58. § (1) bekezdés szerinti mennyiségi eltérés: a szerződött mennyiség felett annak 30%-a

        összesen: 7 786 232 kWh

        A beszerzés tényleges mennyiségét AK az ajánlattételi szakasz(ok)ban adja meg az ajánlattétel időszakára vonatkozóan. AK nem vállal kötelezettséget a DBR keretében történő lehívásokra. AK részéről kötelezettségvállalást kizárólag az ajánlattételi szakasz(ok) megindítása keletkeztet. A DBR megszűnik, ha az adott részre vonatkozó, eltérési lehetőséggel együtt értelmezett mennyiség kimerül.

        AK a Kbt. 106. § (4) bekezdés szerinti kategóriákat jelen eljárás vonatkozásában nem határoz meg.

        AK 3-12 hónapos időszakokra vonatkozóan tervezi lefolytatni az ajánlattételi szakaszokat, ennek alapján a beszerzés várható maximális nagyságrendje 12 977 053 kWh (R. 21. § (4) bekezdés).

        Az egyes közös AK-k külön-külön kötnek szerződést a nyertes AT-vel.
