         Le programme régional NaturAfrica est financé par l"instrument de coopération NDICI.

         L"objectif global de l"initiative NaturAfrica est de lutter contre la perte de biodiversité dans des paysages clés pour la conservation et le développement, transfrontaliers, tout en générant des bénéfices dans le secteur vert au profit des populations locales.

         Le programme couvre 6 composantes dont 2 concernent l"Afrique Centrale qui sont a) les écosystèmes forestiers du Bassin du Congo (Burundi, Cameroun, Congo, Gabon, Ouganda, RCA, RDC, Rwanda, Sud Soudan) et b) les paysages de transhumance en Afrique centrale (Cameroun, Nigeria, RCA, Tchad).

         Le budget total pour les deux composantes Afrique Centrale est de 66 millions d"euros (20 millions sur la ligne budgétaire 2022 et 46 millions sur la ligne budgétaire 2024).

         Cet appel est un appel d"offres international restreint pour un contrat de service.
