         Urakkamuoto on jaettu urakka. Rakennustöiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätuottajana. Putki-, ilmanvaihto-, sähkö-, vedenkäsittely-, automaatio- ja kylmäurakka toteutetaan pääurakkaan alistettuina sivu-urakkoina.

         Kankaanpään kaupungin Liikuntakeskuksen peruskorjaus ja laajennus, vaiheen 1 ja 2 rakennustyöurakka. Rakennusurakkaan 1. ja 2.vaiheen laajuus on peruskorjattavalta osalta 3 571 brm2 (+kylmä varasto 152brm2) ja laajennuksen osalta 336 brm2.

         Peruskorjaus jaetaan kolmeen vaiheeseen, joista nyt toteutetaan 1. ja 2. vaihe. 1. vaihe sisältää ulkoalueiden puku- ja pesutilat sekä liikuntakeskuksen huolto- ja tekniset tilat pääosin. 2. vaihe sisältää uimahallin aputiloineen.

         Kiinteistön rakenteet ja talotekniikka ovat osittain elinkaarensa päässä tai niissä on selkeitä puutteita. Lisäksi vuosien saatossa tilojen käyttötarve on muuttunut.
