         Ce marché permettra de mobiliser une Assistance Technique spécialisée afin d’accompagner la Délégation de l’Union européenne, le secteur public et les partenaires de mise en œuvre du programme DUKINGIRE IBIDUKIKIJE dans la coordination, l’appui technique et le suivi des différentes composantes du programme. Composante 1 – La gouvernance et la gestion durable et inclusive / participative des aires protégées, en particulier des Parcs Nationaux de la Kibira et de la Rusizi, sont améliorées. Composante 2 – Les pratiques et les mécanismes de restauration et de gestion intégrée des terres et des ressources en eau sont améliorés. Composante 3 – L’organisation, le suivi et la gestion du service d’approvisionnement en eau potable en milieu rural sont améliorés au profit et grâce à la participation des populations locales, avec un focus sur les groupes en situation de vulnérabilité.
