         NaturAfricAO est un programme régional en Afrique de l’Ouest financé par l"instrument de coopération NDICI, à hauteur de 41 millions euros. Il a un objectif de protection et valorisation des paysages prioritaires de conservation transfrontaliers d’Afrique de l’Ouest au profit des populations. Chaque paysage fera l’objet d’un engagement spécifique avec une Délégation de l’Union européenne comme autorité contractante. Le présent marché de services vise la coordination générale de la Convention de Financement établie avec UEMOA et une aide à la gestion des projets et contrats imputés sur la CF NaturAfricAO. Des études spécifiques, des renforcements de capacités et un plan de communication seront partie du service demandé. La coordination des activités et les relations avec d’autres programmes UE et avec les autorités régionales et nationales est également ciblée. Pour ce futur contrat, il est envisagé le recrutement de quatre (4) experts principaux.
