Scope of work: - Check and record mechanical and electrical soundness of all parts; - Check and record the correct functionality of semi-conductor power devices, transformers, filter elements and the like, as applicable per UPS; - Check and record, if necessary, adjust the voltage and alarm set points of the DC circuitry as applicable per UPS; - Check and record, if necessary, adjust the voltage and alarm set points of the AC circuitry as applicable per UPS; - Check and record, if necessary, adjust all electronic regulating circuits as applicable per UPS; - Load test the batteries using fixed or dummy load. Check all connections and clean batteries; - Supply 32 x 12V 102a/h 1150k (equivalent or better) batteries compatible with Tower Maxi-T 10KVA UPS with a minimum of 3 years warranty; - Check UPS fan, ensure full functionality; - Blow-out dirt and dust from UPS, clean panels as required; - Ensure UPS is left in normal functioning state; - Provide a full report of parameters, set points and status of each UPS, recommend and quote for any additional repairs.
