Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for the procurement of system center configuration manager installation services. Scope: 1. The appointed service provider shall provide end-to-end professional services to assess, design, implement, document, and support the rebuild and optimisation of the clients SCCM infrastructure. The scope of services includes the following: 1. Current Environment Assessment of the existing infrastructure, including but not limited to: • Hardware and Software inventory; • Existing roles, configurations, applications, and task sequences; • Identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and security vulnerabilities; • Compile and present a detailed assessment and findings report; 2. Design and planning a new SCCM architecture based on Microsoft"s latest supported version and best practices: • Develop a rebuild and migration plan that includes proposed hardware specifications; • Roles (Primary site, Distribution Points, Software Update Point); • Integrate SCCM with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, WSUS, SQL server, and Azure services; • Risk mitigation and testing plan; 3. Infrastructure Implementation to install and configure the new SCCM, including: • Primary site server installation and configuration; • Distribution points installation and configuration; • SQL Server installation and optimisation; • Configuration of SCCM roles and site system servers; • Creation and configuration of boundary groups and discovery methods; • Integration with WSUS for patch management; • Configure security settings, role-based administration, and compliance baselines; 4. Migration and Development of existing SCCM workloads, including: • Application and packages; • Task sequences linked to operating system deployments; • Device and user collections; • Compliance settings and scripts; • Perform deployment testing to validate functionality and successful migration; 5. Integration with Cloud Services: • Configure and enable co-management with Microsoft Intune; • Configure cloud management gateway; • Integrate SCCM with Azure AD and hybrid join configurations; 6. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer with a comprehensive project handover: • System design, architecture, and configuration baseline documentation; • Standard operating procedures for the administration and maintenance of the environment; • Troubleshooting guidelines; • Provide a training workshop to internal ICT administrators; 7. The service provider is expected to: • Provide post-implementation support for 30 calendar days after the handover to address any issues and ensure system stability; • Submit a project closure and acceptance report detailing project completion.
