Re-advertisement: Mintek herewith requests suitably qualified persons, companies or consortia to bid for the provision of the following: Procurement of a fuel cell test station. Specifications: Fuel cell test station: - 100:1 turndown (max:min flow) on all mass flow controllers (MFC); - 5 NLPM max. humidified anode flow, 4 x MFC: N2, H2, CO, CH4; - 10 NLPM max. humidified cathode flow, 2 x MFC: Air/N2, O2 (automated blending of gases); - 316SS (or higher grade) for all di-water and humidified gas-handling components; - Automatic contact humidification module (up to 90°C dew point); - Automated humidifier bypass with 100% full isolation of humidifier permits delivery of facility-supplied gas directly to stack; - Electric reheat module (up to 110°C inlet gas); - N2 purge rotameters on anode and cathode; activated on e-stop or user command; - Automatic back pressure control module (0-3 barg); - Stack end-plate heater PID controllers, 2 x 2A max (AC mains voltage; 1 phase); - Automated liquid coolant/heating module: 0.15-1.5LPM, 40-90°C, 0-3barg; - Programmable air cooled load bank with dual range operation (10%/100%). Maximum: 650W, 10V, 120A, max. current down to 0.0V at stack (zero volt compensation included); - 5 CVM included; - PC with widescreen flat panel monitor, including control and automation software; - H2 gas detector for test station, E-stop and warning; - Onsite commissioning and face-to-face user training, including onsite expenses. Potentiostat/galvanostat: - Fully integrated; - Cyclic and linear voltammetry; - Automated pneumatic cell/ stack compression control on test station; - Single frequency EIS; - Multi-frequency AC HFR device; - Cell reversal testing capability.
