Synopsis: Added: Sep 22, 2017 4:36 pm It is the intention of the Virginia Contracting Activity to solicit and award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract encompassing a base period of one (1) year and four (4) one year option periods. The contract will support the Asia Pacific Regional Center"s requirement to collect, translate and analyze open-source information. The services will be performed at the contractor"s site and deliverables shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested parties may identify their interest by submitting a proposal. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications for Commercial Items must be included with the offer. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, applies to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
