This is a synopsis for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being processed as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 332710. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees.

NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items on a Firm Fixed Price basis:

CLIN 0001: Slip Ring Housing QTY: 10

CLIN 0002: Slip Ring Bulkhead QTY: 10

CLIN 0003: Slip Ring shaft QTY: 10

CLIN 0004: Journal Bearing QTY: 20

CLIN 0005: Drive Plate QTY: 10

CLIN 0006: Shaft Retaining Nut QTY: 10

CLIN 0007: Rotor QTY: 20

CLIN 0008: Spacer Ring QTY: 10

CLIN 0009: Stator Retainer Plate QTY: 10

CLIN 0010: Compensator Bullet QTY: 10

CLIN 0011: Compensator Cap QTY: 10

CLIN 0012: Cap Spring QTY: 10

The above required items are to be manufactured and delivered in accordance with the applicable attached drawings.

Required delivery is no later than August 4, 2017. Early and partial deliveries are acceptable. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI.

The anticipated release date of solicitation N66604-17-Q-1940 is May 19 2017.

NOTE: The technical specification drawings associated with this requirement are labeled Distribution D which means distribution is authorized to the DOD and US DOD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification.
