      Reasons for the decision to award: The contract is awarded to the company Vaisala Oyi. After evaluating all the award criteria according to the specifications (quality and price criteria), their offer achieved the highest overall score among the tenders submitted. The high quality of all responses to the tender, in particular the documentation justifying these answers, was decisive for the award of the contract to Vaisala Oyi.
